Information We Collect

Betziloau2026 collects personal information that you choose to give us — typically when you send an enquiry, fill in a form or contact the studio directly. This may include your name, email address, phone number and details about your event or project.

Contact Form Information

When you complete a form on this site, the details you provide are used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal where requested. Please avoid including sensitive information in free-text fields.

• Planning, styling and delivering agreed floral services.
• Communicating about bookings, timing and project details.
• Keeping basic records of our work with clients.

Communication and Enquiries

We may contact you by email, phone or messaging app in relation to your enquiry or booking. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or trade personal information. Details may be shared only where needed to deliver your project — for example with venues or suppliers directly involved in your event — or where required by law.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we keep access limited to those who need it.

Data Retention

Personal information is kept only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver our services and meet any record-keeping obligations. It is then deleted or de-identified.

Your Privacy Rights

Consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where appropriate. We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
